crust:
3 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
2 t. cinnamon
filling:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
12 oz. *frozen pink lemonade
Mix together the crust ingredients & set aside 1 cup of the mixture.
Press the rest on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix the ice cream & lemonade together & pour evenly over the cooled crust.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top & cover.
Freeze at least overnight. (24 hrs.)
*substitute choice of berry concentrate for pink lemonade.
