today is a week since i started my 'i do not want to be a chubby mother-of-the- bride' diet. i plan on only weighing myself on tuesdays and today is tuesday. i was very pleased to see that i am making progress. it is motivating to know that i can still eat things like arby's, chipotle and oatmeal raisin cookies. i budget for the calories and make adjustments for the other meals/snacks throughout the day.
