trying to get my house in top-top shape as home inspectors are beginning their rounds here in my current home. so far we've had a septic inspection (we passed) and today is a termite inspection and next week is the home inspection. tomorrow's inspection will cover all areas except the upstairs for which i am grateful as it buys me a little more time. next week, however, the entire house needs to be in order. what a drag. such is life but i'll manage. :)
