it was a bust . . .

. . . meatless monday, that is.

my husband has been wanting meatloaf for dinner and last night came home with all the ingredients to make one so, what's a girl to do? tell him i've committed to meatless monday or let him cook dinner?

hmmmm . . . .

the meatloaf was delicious!
