birthday party

we're off to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday today. she turned 21 on monday but she had finals all week so she wanted to wait until she was done with her semester so she could truly enjoy her celebration.

speaking of special days, i cannot believe that christmas is a week from today! how did that happen? it always sneaks up on me. i will spend next week shopping, cleaning and probably doing very little school. shopping . . . yuk. cleaning . . . i don't really mind as i love the end product-a clean house. less school . . . well, we all like that. :)
